Cancellation Policy
Thank you for being courteous to our staff and our other clients by remembering that we work by appointment. A late arrival may require us to shorten or reschedule your services. Please provide a 24 hour notice when canceling any service. A credit card is required for all reservations and will be charged the service amount if notice is not given and the appointment is not kept. If using a gift certificate and the appointment is not kept and notice is not given, the gift certificate may be declared void. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include gratuity. *however, 20% gratuity is added to all couples services and Spa Packages.
